We love helping to make a difference in our local community. So we're delighted to have awarded £1500 to our supported charity, Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice!

This is the second year that Toyota have made a contribution to Bluebell Wood. In this photo, Robert Clough and Vince Gibbons (middle and right) of Copcutt Toyota present the cheque to Geoff Hind, a Bluebell Wood volunteer (who also drives a Toyota supplied by Copcutt Toyota).

We look forward to supporting Bluebell Wood again in the future.

As part of their of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, the owners of car L & S Copcutt and Son of Worksop, have presented a £1,550 cheque to the charity.

This money will be used to support the work of Bluebell Wood’s Sibling Co-ordinator to take a group of children away for a short Laura Beckett, Sibling Co-ordinator, said: “Many of the brothers and sisters of Bluebell Wood children take on a supporting role and put their sibling at the forefront of everything they do.

“This break away will give them time for themselves to experiencing similar emotions.”

Bluebell Wood, based in North Anston, supports not only children with complex medical needs and a shortened life expectancy, but the whole family. The support of the siblings is a really important aspect of the hospice’s work.

L & S Copcutt and Son chose to support the hospice because they wanted to make a difference to children in their local area. The team actively encouraged Bluebell Wood to apply for a grant from Toyota to help fund something which would make a real difference.

Helen Mower,We were really excited to receive the grant to fund this short break, which will be such a treat for some of our siblings. We’re extremely lucky to have so much support from people like L & S Copcutt and Son who raise awareness of the work of our hospice, which is filled with love and laughter.

“We only receive less than 10% of our funding from government sources, so every penny raised makes a huge positive difference and I’d like to thank Toyota for this fabulous support.”
